Caribbean Coffee

Makes 1 drink. Recipe is by Rodney Willis, Beverage Director and Certified Sommelier, Mansur’s Restaurant, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

 

1½ oz. Myers Dark Rum

½ oz. Kahlua or Tia Maria Coffee Liqueur

Black, freshly brewed coffee

Whipped cream for garnish

Cocoa powder and chocolate shavings for garnish

 

Add rum and liqueur to a tall coffee cup. Fill with coffee and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with a dash of cocoa powder and top with chocolate shavings.
